Confirmed dates come from the official calendar and notices; rumoured and beta rows sit on the cadence projection; CN rows are shifted by the measured global lag; rows from the wiki history carry the day, not the hour. Sources last checked .

How far to invest
Jingliu’s S1 is a better upgrade than her E1. While her E1 sounds great on paper, only the 24% CRIT DMG is unconditionally useful, while the rest requires pure single-target. Many fights against Elites and Bosses involve them summoning weaker enemies, making the value of E1 highly variable. Meanwhile, her signature Light Cone, I Shall Be My Own Sword, provides great unconditional bonuses that she can easily trigger during Spectral Transmigration, and will typically lead to more damage over the course of a battle.
