Official splash art confirms Ellen (Ellen Joe) as a 5-star Ice character from the Honkai: Star Rail × Zenless Zone Zero collaboration, with a Path icon shown but not identified, and an official drip video has also been posted. Unreviewed posts share her introduction text: a self-described subpar employee of Victoria Housekeeping who serves as the tour group's bodyguard, slacks off, is often late, falls asleep standing up, and has a languid tail and razor-sharp shark teeth. A doubted post claims the ZZZ collaboration characters' kits still contain effects conditioned on other characters' IDs, speculating this may work like the Fate collaboration with explicitly stated party composition restrictions, which could make Ellen and Astra allies. No post gives her mechanics, Eidolons, teams or release version.
