Prydwen rates Suoming T0.5 as a DPS in Tower of Adversity at S0 (T2 in Whimpering Wastes) and T0 as a Hybrid in both modes. With Hsin she can form one of the best teams in the game, and she is also a capable, F2P-friendly Main DPS.
Unison team; Hsin is her best and only good Unison partner. Alternates: Verina, Buling.
DPS team; only use Lynae and Mornye together. Alternates: Sanhua, The Shorekeeper, Verina.
DPS team; Prydwen prioritizes Sanhua with Shorekeeper or Verina otherwise.

Teams
Suoming's best and only good Unison partner is Hsin. Almost all of Suoming's bufs are related to Unison, Electro characters, of which Hsin is liikely to be the only one for a while. As a result, when together, they can form one of the best teams in the game.
Suoming isn't only limited to being a Hsin Unison secondary, she's also a very capable Main DPS. Alongside Lynae (with Mornye) or Sanhua (with Shorekeeper/Verina), she makes for one of the better and most F2P-friendly damage dealers in the game.
Best Support options for Suoming, who doesn't scale off any particular Support's specializations currently. Shorekeeper is the best overall, Verina is her F2P replacement. Mornye is only used alongside Lynae in a DPS Suoming team.
For the best results, only use Lynae and Mornye together. Prioritize Sanhua+Shorekeeper/Verina compositions otherwise.

Official posts describe Suoming through her story: born in Huating, Mengzhou, she founds the Ten Seals Covenant as its Seal Master to liberate her homeland from the Evil Miasma, and later, by the Sentinel's decree, serves as Intendant of the Ministry of Sentinel Affairs, watching over all of Mengzhou. Her combat showcase is titled with the line "Thundering peaks, seal evil rain!" and her resonator showcase carries the subtitle "PROMISE".
