Lucilla's only partner in Glacio Chafe mode and her best partner overall, Hiyuki's perfect for Lucilla as her very high base damage paired with tons of Glacio Chafe application makes for a ton of Glacio Bite and a mix of Liberation and Basic DMG that can tear through the entire game easily.
Lucilla works naturally in Echo Mode with all Echo Skill DMG dealers due to her Outro amplifying Echo Skill DMG and her ability to cast multiple Echo Skills as well as increase Echo DMG of the whole team in general. By order of viability, Sigrika's the best by far and pairs naturally with Shorekeeper, Galbrena does also but her 1/3 Heavy DMG makes her a bit worse than Qiuyuan in that role.
Shorekeeper and Verina can also work in the 3rd slot but will provide much less effective buffs for Hiyuki's team than Suisui/Chisa.
With Cantarella on the team, pivot Lucilla to the 3rd slot and have Cantarella Outro buff Phrolova instead.
