Teams
I’ve been testing Hiyuki + Lynae quite a bit lately, and Chisa ended up being one of the most interesting third-slot options because of how many quickswap windows she gives the team. I tried Suisui, Chisa, Mornye, Verina and Shorekeeper, mainly looking at damage, field time, quickswap windows and how smoothly each one fits around Hiyuki’s 4-Iai rotation.

Chisa is always at her best when buffing Negative Status main damage dealers, due to the way her Outro and Weapon buffs require teammates to apply Negative Statuses in order to use them. By order of current strength, Yangyang: Xuanling has the highest damage ceiling in the game as of her release. Hiyuki is her 2nd best pick and generally her strongest in Whimpering Wastes.
Have Chisa on Moonlit Clouds in the 2nd slot with Suisui on the team for optimal buffing, else leave her as a Rejuvenating Glow 3rd slot Support.
This may be Hsin's strongest current Flare team if the player is willing to take advantage of Chisa's many Quickswap windows to shorten team rotations down and fit in extra important Hsin attacks.
Chisa is only stronger than Aero Rover in the third slot with her Signature. Also remember to use Skyfall Severance to convert Havoc Bane into Erosion if you use them with Chisa!
Chisa is only worthwhile here with heavy investment and quickswap involved. She is otherwise easily outshined by the likes of Lynae and Phrolova. Generally not recommended to most players. Use Ciaccona in Whimpering Wastes, otherwise stick to Spectro Rover.
How far to invest
I got lucky and pulled Chisa S1 in a double pull, so I'm considering going for S2. My current situation: * Aemeath S3R1 * No Denia yet (planning to get her on rerun) * Using Lynae in the meantime (aemeath fb + lynae + chisa) * Also have Hsin, but planning to play her in a Unison team Would Chisa S2 be a significant upgrade for Aemeath FB, or is it more of a luxury pull at this point?

Echo sets: Rejuvenating Glow priority 1, Moonlit Clouds priority 2, Thread of Severed Fate priority 3. Main stats: 4-cost CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG · 3-cost Havoc DMG or Havoc DMG ≥ ATK% · 1-cost ATK%. Substats: Energy Regen (Until Satisfied) > CRIT Rate = CRIT DMG > ATK% > Liberation DMG% > ATK.
