Zima the Raging Tide is one of those units whose priority will be highly variable, depending on your roster and how you like to play. She has two very different usage scenarios between her S2 (AFK laneholding) and her S3 (wave clearing nuke), but there are considerations with both that ultimately mean a variable priority.
